A three meter long s-shaped counter with a seamless touchscreen exhibited the possibilities of special formats and sizes in combination with the modular multitouch system OMEGA. Its unlimited touch and object recognition gained a lot of attention at the eyefactive booth. Also the circular multitouch table AURORA with its ability to recognize glasses gained a lot of praise among visitors.

In essence object recognition seemed to be one of the prevailing trends at this year's ISE. This is the reason why eyefactive presented its own system for object recognition on capacitive touchscreens (PCAP) as well as IR touch frames.

Several touchscreens (Lang AG, Pyramid, 3M) were presenting the latest apps and functions of the eyefactive app platform in FullHD / 4K-resolution respectively. Thanks to a new step-by-step instruction guide visitors could create their own customized projects fast and effectively using the touch-cms software AppSuite.

The new WhiteBoard app supports in addition to standard features a variety of media formats including PDF documents, videos and 3D models. They can be shifted directly on virtual boards, where notes can be added and then be saved. The app LivePhoto can be used as a self-service photo station thanks to the new integration of a webcam. The update is available in the eyefactive AppStore now with immediate effect. Another function of the app MediaCloud: Different audio channels distributed to several headphones solve the problem of simultaneously playing video sound on large interactive systems for multiple users.

In cooperation with various partners eyefactive`s interactive apps were also on display at other stands, including peerless-av, pqlabs, displax, cima and digitalav. Philips presented the multitouch software ApoShelf specifically developed for OPTIMUM-Media on two vertically mounted touchscreens. The software is already being used in various pharmacies in several countries and replaces the classic shelves with a digital version. Staff can open multimedia product information on several virtual shelves and perform dispensation of the corresponding packages via an interface to the picking-system.
