Basler customer eyefactive, a technology firm based in northern Germany, develops interactive, large-scale, multitouch displays and corresponding multiuser software.
The company's innovative technology allows an unlimited number of users to operate multimedia content simultaneously on a single screen, intuitively by moving their fingers. The interactive touchscreens can be integrated into walls or tables.
To facilitate this technology, Basler dart bare board cameras with USB 3.0 interface are integrated into a custom-made milled aluminum housing. The cameras offer the choice between 60 frames per second at a very high resolution, or up to 120 frames per second with a smaller ROI.
