A new branch concept

The use of a touchscreen solution that combines software, hardware and cloud technologies provided by eyefactive allows for an innovative retail customer experience at the point of sale.

obeta is looking to create a truly revolutionary experience with "the store as a walkable brand experience". This is going to be possible thanks to the use of eyefactive's touchscreen app platform, including content management and cloud features.

Additional smart retail technologies range from product scanners to omni-channel smartphone integrations for a seamless customer experience.

Touch Table Solution

The key element of obeta's new store concept is an interactive touchscreen table with a 55'' display. Here, users are first presented with a central dashboard offers access to a large number of apps and features.

The main app consists of a special modified version of eyefactive's standard app “Shopping Assistant”. It provides an optimal user interface to find product information easily and quickly, using several guides, views and search features.

A virtual shopping cart gives the user the ability to collect all relevant products, which then can be sent via email or transferred to the smartphone by scanning a unique QR code.

Customers can also scan the barcodes of physical products in the store and then obtain all the details about that product on the touchscreen table. This creates a very engaging and simple user experience for the shopper.

Using eyefactive's cloud infrastructure, content and apps can be updated seamlessly and automatically online on a regular basis.
